Overview

Polymath is designed to keep your data private. We do not run our own servers, and we do not sell or share your data.

Data We Collect

Your content includes the tasks, habits, projects, and domains you create in the app. Polymath does not require a separate account and does not collect analytics or behavioral data.

Where Your Data Lives

All data is stored locally using SwiftData. If iCloud sync is enabled, data is stored in your personal iCloud account through CloudKit. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Calendar Access

If you enable calendar integration, Polymath requests access to your device calendar to sync scheduled tasks. This happens locally on your device and via your iCloud if sync is enabled.

Third Parties

Polymath does not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties. The only service involved is Apple iCloud/CloudKit, governed by Apple’s privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can export your data from the app at any time. You can delete items directly in the app and clear local data from Settings. If iCloud sync is enabled, deletions sync across your devices.
